What is the Digital Traffic License? 

A Digital Transit Card (CDT) is a free application that allows Brazilian drivers to access the National Driver's License (CNH) and National Registry of Motor Vehicles (Renavam) digitally. Launched in 2018 by the Ministry of Infrastructure, the app can be downloaded from both the App Store and Google Play.
